Robert Maheu – Right hand man for Howard Hughes. Retired from the FBI and go to guy for the CIA, he built Hughes Las Vegas Empire from the ground up.

Morton Galane – Maheu’s attorney. A lawyer who reportedly could walk into a courtroom and singularly take on any opposing console, and did against a room full of Howard Hughes attorneys.

**Howard Hughes** - A pioneering American engineer, aviator, industrialist and movie maker. One of the wealthiest men in the world, he dated the world's most beautiful women. He is famous for setting multiple world air-speed records, founding the richest charity, The Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Trans World Airlines, shaped Hughes Tool Company and Hughes Aircraft into some of the biggest companies in history. He worked with the CIA to recover a sunken Soviet Submarine and was given the largest check in American history, $546 million dollars from the sale of his TWA stock. He then gave Robert Maheu the job of buying up over $400 million dollars of Las Vegas' casinos and hotels. In his last years he became a prisoner of his own paranoia.
